Mead Ranger

Mead sold Moto-Scoots re-badged as a Mead Ranger (which was the name they also used on their bicycles), with different paint.  In 1940-41 Rangers had a slightly different body than the Moto Scoots, but other years the only difference was the badge and the paint.  Spiegel also sold re-badged Moto-Scoots as J & R Flying Star scooters.  They had a different badge and red paint rather than blue.
